Faran Gems ships worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand. Every order is securely packaged and shipped with tracking.

Shipping Destinations and Costs

We offer free standard shipping to all destinations available at checkout.

Express shipping availability depends on your destination. Any shipping charge is displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Handling Time

Orders are inspected, securely packed, and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If your order includes a laboratory report that requires additional preparation time, we will confirm the additional time with you before ordering the report. Any applicable extended handling time will be disclosed before purchase.

Order Cutoff Time

Our daily order cutoff is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC−5), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before the cutoff begin processing that business day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

The cutoff determines when processing begins; it does not mean your order ships the same day.

Estimated Delivery Time

For standard shipping:

Handling time: 3–5 business days.
Transit time after dispatch: 15–20 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 18–25 business days.

Orders placed after the cutoff begin this timeline on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, public holidays, carrier disruptions, and remote delivery locations may extend delivery times.

Express shipping estimates are displayed at checkout. Handling time still applies unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and tracking instructions.

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@farangems.com. We will investigate with the carrier and advise you of the next steps.

We can contact the carrier on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee faster transit or customs clearance.

Packaging

Each gemstone is placed in a protective gem box with a care card and sealed inside discreet, unbranded outer packaging.

Orders of US$1,200 or more include our signature gift box.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your destination country. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

Please check your local import requirements before ordering. Customs clearance may affect delivery times.

If a parcel is refused and returned to us, any applicable refund will be processed after we receive it, less the actual return shipping cost, subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.

Shipping Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to correct your address, email support@farangems.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. We will make reasonable efforts to update it before dispatch.

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, address changes or redirection may no longer be possible.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs, where applicable.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
