We offer free standard shipping via postal services (estimated delivery: 25-30 days).
Express shipping is available as a paid option.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
While we can communicate with the shipping carrier on your behalf, we cannot expedite the shipping process beyond that.

Processing time
Orders are inspected, packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders that include a laboratory report ship once the report has been issued; we will confirm the timeline with you before ordering the report.
Packaging
Each stone is placed in a protective gem box with a care card, then sealed inside discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Orders of $1,200 or more include our signature gift box.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local import rules before ordering. Refused parcels returned to us will be refunded minus the return shipping cost.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us immediately; once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we cannot redirect it.
Delays
Postal delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections, public holidays and carrier delays can extend transit times. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
