About our gemstones
Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. Every stone we sell is natural, mined from the earth. We do not stock synthetic (lab-grown) stones, simulants, glass-filled, diffused or coated stones.
Are your stones treated?
Some are, and we always say so. Traditional heating is common and accepted for sapphire, ruby, tanzanite and zircon; emeralds are usually oiled. Each listing states the treatment, or "no treatment" where none is detected. See the treatment glossary on our Authenticity page.
Where do your stones come from?
We source in person through our Bangkok office at the Jewelry Trade Center, our Peshawar office near the mines of Pakistan and Afghanistan, and at international fairs. The country of origin is stated on each listing.
Do the photos show the true colour?
We photograph in natural daylight without colour filters. Screens vary, so if colour is important, message us on WhatsApp and we will send a video under daylight and indoor lighting.
Can I get a lab certificate?
Many stones already include reports from independent labs such as GRS, AIGS or GIT. For any other stone we can arrange a report from GIA, GRS, AIGS, GIT or Lotus before shipping. Contact us for fees and timing.
Ordering and pricing
How do the Collector Tiers work?
Spend $300 and save 10%; spend $600 and save 15% plus free express shipping; spend $1,200 and save 20% plus free express shipping and a gift box. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, processed securely at checkout.
Can you hold a stone for me?
Natural stones are one of a kind and are not reserved until purchased. If you need a short hold, message us on WhatsApp.
Do you have stones that are not listed?
Yes. Our inventory is larger than what appears online. Use the Gem Finder or tell us the gem, size, colour and budget, and we will send options.
Do you sell to jewellers and the trade?
Yes. We supply centre stones, calibrated parcels and matched pairs to jewellers and designers worldwide. Contact us for trade enquiries.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping via postal services (estimated delivery: 25-30 days). Express shipping is available as a paid option and is free on orders of $600 or more.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Will I pay customs duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are paid by the customer.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, with no questions asked. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For free shipping orders, the original shipping cost will not be deducted from the total refund amount. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if a lab disagrees with your description?
We refund the full purchase price, shipping and report fee, with no time limit.
