Our products
All gemstones sold by Farangems are natural. Carat weight, dimensions, origin and treatment are described to the best of our professional knowledge. Natural stones contain inclusions and may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings. Extra photos and videos are available on request before purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include import duties or taxes charged by your country. Collector Tier discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
Availability
Each natural stone is unique. Items are not reserved until payment is completed. If a stone sells before your order is processed, we will refund you in full.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All photographs, videos, text and branding on this website belong to Farangems and may not be reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
