    We utilize standard measuring devices; however, slight variations may occur due to human error, device calibration, and other factors. We are happy to conduct rechecks upon request before you confirm your order.

  2. Hassle-Free Returns
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, with no questions asked.

  3. Shipping Policy

    • We offer free standard shipping via postal services (estimated delivery: 25-30 days).
    • Express shipping is available as a paid option.

  4. Shipping & Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
    • While we can communicate with the shipping carrier on your behalf, we cannot expedite the shipping process beyond that.

  5. Color & Appearance
    We make every effort to represent the exact color and shape of the stone. However, slight variations may occur due to camera quality, screen resolution, and other factors.

  6. Customs & Taxes
    Any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer, as per the regulations of their country.

  7. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • For free shipping orders, the original shipping cost will not be deducted from the total refund amount.
